Every client gets the same thing — a 5-page website that works on phones, looks great, and helps you appear in Google search lists. You don’t pay until you’re happy. After that, you either have me keep it running for £9.99 a month, or you take it over yourself. If you need bigger changes later, email me and I’ll quote before I start.

No pressure, no upselling. The £299 build is deliberately complete — most tradespeople never need anything more to win work online. If your business changes down the line, I’m still here for ad-hoc help or bigger projects, always with a clear price first.

What the one-off £299 build covers ✓ £299 — one-off build only

Everything you need to be easy to find and easy to contact. Five pages, your phone number front and centre, and built so it looks good whether someone’s on their phone on a job site or on a laptop at home.

  • 5 pages: Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact
  • Your phone number and a contact box so customers can reach you directly
  • Looks great on phones, tablets and computers
  • Set up so Google knows you exist, what you do, and where you work
  • Your own web address — e.g. nicksplumbing.co.uk — included in the build fee. Most cost £10–15/year. If your first choice is taken, I'll suggest alternatives.
After the build — separate from the £299

The £299 is for designing and building the site once. Keeping it live month to month is your choice — either I look after it or you run it yourself (costs below).
